Areté, in ancient Greek philosophy, was the idea that excellence is only possible through the full development of human potential, bringing together moral character, skill, and purpose.
I founded Areté to put that idea to work. I’ve worked across sectors and regions; I've been in the rooms where decisions are made, on the ground where change is fought for, and in the noise of public debate. I use that full-circle view to connect the dots between analysis, power shifts, how players move, and storytelling, shaping a coherent plan of support.
